Mrs. Mary C. Allman
Mrs. Mary Coe Allman, aged 83, popularly known as "Mamie" Allman, 3206 Custer St., Parkersburg, died Tuesday night at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital following a short illness.
She was born in Wirt County Nov. 28, 1873, daughter of the late J.R. and Eveline Edmondson Coe, and was a member of the Elizabeth Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late Frank M. Allman.
Survivors include one step-son, Clyde F. Allman, St. David, Bermuda; one step-daughter, Mrs. Wanda Larson, Klamath Falls, Ore.; and five brothers, T.J. Coe, of Bartlett, Ohio, Grover C. and R.C. Coe, both of Parkersburg Cecil Coe of Palestine, and Guy E. Coe, City.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg at 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Vairl C. Winter, City, will officiate, and burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery.
