Kathryn Abbott Of Vienna Dies

Mrs. Kathryn "Kate" Abbott, 65, of 46th Street, Vienna, died Friday, April 25, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital after a short illness.

She was born in Wirt County, a daughter of the late Freddy and Lucy Beeson Morehead, who survives. She was a member of the Lubeck United Methodist Church.

Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Floyd C. Abbott; a daughter, Mrs. Robert M. King, of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Hayes, of Vienna, and Mrs. Mary Devol of Reisterstown, Md.; and a brother, Elva Morehead, of Vienna.

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Franklin and Son Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Gene Eaton officiating, and interment was in Arlington Memorial Gardens.
