Mrs. Minnie McVey

Mrs. Minnie McVey, 79, of Leroy, W. Va., died Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Mary Smith of Sandyville.

A member of the Meadowdale Baptist Church, she is survived by two sons, Lloyd of Sandyville and Cecil of Richwood, O.; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Smith of Sandyville; one brother Charles Leeper of Duncan, W. Va.; one sister, Mrs. Nancy Hannah of Palestine; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Center Valley Church with the Rev. Garfield Prine officiating. Burial was in the Center Valley cemetery. The Vail funeral home Ripley was in charge of arrangements.
