Mrs. Mary R. Blankenship
Mrs. Mary Rothwell Blankenship 62, of Annamoriah, Calhoun county, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning in St. Joseph's hospital.
She was the daughter of Albert and Nora Fultz Rothwell and spent her entire life in the Annamoriah community. She was a member of the Annamoriah Evangelical United Brethern church.
Survivors include her husband, George Blankenship of Annamoriah, three daughters, Mrs. Minnie Arnold, Mrs. George Welch and Mrs. Betty Morris, all of Akron; a son by a prior marriage, Harold Knight, of Annamoriah; six sisters, Mrs. Mabel McEndree, Mt. Zion; Mrs. Estil DeWitt, Buffalo, N.Y.; Mrs. Anna Bell Mills, Mrs. Pearl Duskey, and Mrs. Eldean Stump, all of Akron; and Mrs. Almeda Seaman, Ravenswood; and three brothers, Russell Rothwell, Spencer; and Harold and Harry Rothwell, both of Akron.
Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. from Snyder Chapel church at Annamoriah with the Rev. Bud Graham of Creston officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, with the Stump funeral home in charge of the arrangements.
