Ruth King Dieter Of Florida Dies
Mrs. Ruth King Dieter, 66, of Miami, Fla., died Tuesday of last week, November 20, following an extended illness.
Born in Wirt County, July 16, 1907, she was the daughter of Mrs. Florence Davis King of Homestead, Fla., and the late Clark King.
After her girlhood and school years in Elizabeth, she attended Ohio University at Athens and taught in Wood County schools. In 1945, she moved to Miami, and was graduated from Miami University. She taught in Sylvania Heights, Fla., and was a member of the Coral Gables Club and of the Woman's Club of Miami.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Maude Hoyt, of Coral Gables, Fla., and by one brother, Charles King, of Marathon, Fla.
The body was returned to Pomroy Funeral Home, City, and graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Elizabeth K. of P. Cemetery.
