Charley Bailess

Charley Bailess, 86, died Tuesday Oct. 16, at his home at Five Forks, Calhoun county, following a long illness.

He was a retired farmer and a member of the Broomstick Methodist church.

Born in Wirt county, the son of Albert and Eliza Founds Bailess, he is survived by one son, four daughters and a sister, Mrs. Mary Johnson of Urbana, Ohio.

Services were held Friday, last week at the Broomstick Methodist church with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
