Mrs. Olga Allton
Mrs. Olga Allton, 62, of Rt. 2, City, died Tuesday, July 23, at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, following a short illness.
She was born in Wirt County, January 29, 1901, the daughter of the late W.F. and Mary Lewis Trader. She was a member of the Big Island Run Methodist Church and the WSCS.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas I. Allton, one daughter, Mrs. Rose Ella Gabbert, of East Liverpool, O., and one son, Gene Thomas Allton, of Pensacola, Fla. One sister, Mrs. Ruby Ash, of East Liverpool, O., and five grandchildren also survive. One sister, Miss Mildred Trader preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Big Island Run Methodist Church with the Rev. Ed Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be in the Pine Twist Cemetery.
The body will be removed from the Pomroy Funeral Home one hour prior to services.
