Mrs. Osa Andrick

Services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Pisgah United Methodist Church, Garfield Road, Right Reedy District, for Mrs. Osa D. Andrick, 82, who passed away Friday afternoon, November 1, at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Parkersburg.

The officiating clergymen were the Rev. A.B. McVey, Jr., and the Rev. Hugh Boone, and interment was in the Pisgah Cemetery.

She was born February 8, 1892, in Lewis County, daughter of the late Lee and Adaline Gaston Mundell, and spent most of her life in Wirt County. She was a member of the South Parkersburg United Methodist Church, was a charter member of Peewee Council No. 24, Daughters of America, a member of Bethany Shrine No. 4, and of the United Methodist Women of the Pisgah U.M. Church. She was a former employee of the Chancellor Hotel in Parkersburg.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Edyth Nuzum, Parkersburg, and Mrs. Evelyn Wells, Palestine; one son Bernard L. Andrick, of Parkersburg, one brother, Earnest G. Mundell, Sarasota, Fla.; two sisters, Nora Norman, Weston, and Grace Mundell, Clarksburg; two half-sisters, Frances Newman, Akron, O., and Doris Michael, Medina, O.; two half-brothers, Lee Mundell, Virginia Beach, Va., and Paul Mundell of California; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg was in charge of the arrangements.
