Stewart A. Reed Dies in Maryland

Stewart A. Reed, 86, of Wheaton, Md. Died at his home Wednesday morning, September 28, following a sudden illness.

He was born in Wirt County August 22, 1891.

Surviving are four sons, Earl of Palestine; Don and John, both of Parkersburg, and Francis, of Canton O.; three daughters, Mrs. Grace Fultz of Wheaton, Md., Mrs. Donna Gordon, of Waverly, and Mrs. Hazel Boice, of Marietta; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday from the Pomroy Funeral Home Chapel, City, with the Rev. Herbert C. Morgan of Parkersburg officiating, and burial was in the Kees Cemetery at Newark.
