Russell Snyder

Services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at McCurdy Funeral Home, Beverly, O., for Russell Snyder, 69, Rt. 1, Beverly, who died Wednesday, April 24, at his home. The Rev. C.E. Hutchinson officiated and burial was in the Snyder Cemetery at Creston.

Born in Wirt County, he was a son of the late George and Mary Wix Snyder. He had been employed by the Malta Manufacturing Co.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Martha Richards Snyder; one daughter, Mrs. Delores Tucker, Washington, W. Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Ora Merrill, Friendly, and Mrs. Opal Smith, Big Bend; six brothers, Lloyd, Hollie and Glenn Snyder, Parkersburg, Okey Snyder, Mt. Zion, Hallie Snyder, Canton, O., and Sherman Snyder, Creston; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters.
