Tamies R. Lockhart (1955)

Tamies Roger Lockhart, 20, died Sunday morning at his residence, Route 1, City. He was born Sept. 14, 1935, in Wirt County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elda Lockhart, who survive.

Also surviving are five brothers, Joe, Junior, Paul and Darrell, all at Home, and Carl of Cleveland, O.; and four sisters, Verna, Ann, Mary and Willa, all at home.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday from Antioch Baptist Church, with the Rev. K. T. Boar officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. McCray Funeral Home, City, was in charge of arrangements.
