James R. Bailey Services in Ohio (1970)

James R. Bailey, 71, of Ashtabula, Ohio, was dead on arrival at Ashtabula Hospital on Tuesday of last week, December 8.

A native of Beech, Calhoun County, W. Va., he had lived at West Springfield, Pa., and at Ashtabula, since 1942.

Also surviving him are four sisters and one brother. The brother is a Wirt County resident, Paris Bailey, Rt. 3, City.

Services were conducted at 1 p.m. last Friday (Dec. 11) at the Thompson Funeral home in Conneaut, O., and interment was in the Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Ashtabula.

This death marked the loss of four members of the immediate family of Paris Bailey with the past 11 months; his wife, a sister, his mother and now the brother.
